A state of the art fitness suite with a full range of Technogym equipment each with its own entertainment system and a Junkers sprung exercise studio with a wide range of classes such as pilates, yoga and tai chi. Staff are on hand to help you achieve your goals at all opening times and there is a 24 hour personal training service (by appointment) to provide advice and motivation around your lifestyle.

Thermal Heaven

The closest thing to heaven! Thermal Heaven is the most advanced thermal sequencing experience in the UK. Complete with its herbal saunas, aromatic laconium, tepidarium, ice cave, schnapps steam room and massage thrones, it healthily stimulates circulation and alternates body temperatures while you sit back and relax.

Ozone Ecstasy

Not one, not two but eight indoor and outdoor pools, including a crystal blue ballroom swimming pool complete with underwater music, bubbling hot tubs with varying jet powers and temperatures, jacuzzi and hydrotherapy pools.
