Glyndebourne Opera

This year is the 76th Anniversary of Glyndebourne Opera. The curtain rose on the first performance of the opera festival at Glyndebourne on 28th May 1934. It was the 'brainchild' of John Christie, owner of the estate at Glyndebourne which he inherited in 1920.
This year's season begins in May and finishes in August and will show different operas throughout this period to celebrate it's 76th anniversary.
Flights are available from Battersea Heliport (or alternative locations) into the Glyndebourne Estate.
